Who I am
This site is run by Grant Longworth through GE App Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16317660, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. The company is the data controller for the personal information described here. You can contact me about privacy through the contact form or on LinkedIn.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company, the application you're asking about, your description of the problem and, if you choose, how you heard about me.
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on this site, so no third-party font service sees your visit.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- If we work together, to deliver and invoice the work under our agreed terms.
I won't add you to a mailing list, sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.
Who processes it for me
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions. Netlify may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
- My email provider receives a copy of each submission so I can reply.
Installers and client files
Installers, licence files and policy exports you send for packaging work aren't collected through this site. They're handled under our engagement terms: kept on Azure virtual machines in a UK region, used only for your work, and deleted within 30 days of acceptance unless you ask me to keep them.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, business records are kept for as long as UK tax and company law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, object to how I use it, or ask me to restrict its use. Just get in touch. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
